Privacy Policy

GDPR came into force on 26th May 2018. This is a European Union Regulation giving greater rights to EU citizens concerning their private data and how it is held and used by businesses.

1. We hold a minimum amount of contact data about you. This includes name, school, job role, contact details (as provided by you), and courses attended.

2. We do not share your information with anybody else for marketing purposes and we will never spam you.

3. Where necessary, e.g. for course accreditation purposes, information will be passed to the relevant awarding body, and will be covered by their organisational privacy and data retention policies.

4. We will hold evaluation and assessment information as provided by you as part of accredited courses. This will be assessed internally by Company Directors as appropriate, and passed to the relevant awarding body as necessary. This will be covered by their organisational privacy and data retention policies.

5. We will hold your data securely as electronic and/or hard copy.

6. You can request a copy of the data we hold for you at any time.

7. You can change or delete information we hold for you by contacting us directly by email.

8. We use the information we hold for you to provide you with relevant information, for example course details, developments in the sector, training and CPD opportunities and funding sources.

9. You are invited to follow us on Facebook or Twitter, although you are responsible for any content and personal details you may post on any social media pages
